Jayco Repairs We Do Most Often
Water Ingress & Roof Seal Repairs
Sikaflex roof seal replacement, hatch and skylight re-seal, A-frame and rear seam reseal. Water ingress is the most common Jayco repair we see, especially on vans 5+ years old that have not had the seals checked.
Drawer & Cabinet Repairs
Drawer slide replacement, cabinet door hinge replacement, latch and catch repairs. Jayco interior hardware can take road vibration over a long Aussie trip and need refresh. We carry compatible hardware to OEM spec.
Checkerplate, Door & Body Repairs

How a Jayco Repair Booking Works
1. Phone or Email With the Issue
Call (03) 8383 1026 or email sales@focusrv.com.au with the Jayco model, year and a description of the issue. For insurance jobs, mention the insurer and any claim number you already have.
2. Inspection & Quote
Bring the van in for inspection. We quote the work on the day for straightforward jobs, or after parts pricing confirmation for larger jobs. For insurance jobs, we prepare a quote in the insurer's required format.
3. Repair at the Workshop
Work is carried out at our Campbellfield workshop, with a written workmanship guarantee. Same-day completion is common for small jobs. Larger refurbishments and insurance work take longer with parts lead-time.
4. Hand-Back & Roadworthy Check
Pre-handover roadworthy check on the items relevant to the work done. You leave with documentation of the work and the workmanship guarantee.
