Parts come from suppliers we have worked with for years. Where genuine OEM parts exist (Thetford toilets, Dometic fridge components, Truma hot water service parts, Sikaflex bonding products), we use them. Where aftermarket is a better-value match, we use it. Either way, you see the part choice and the price before we order.

2. Sourcing & Quote
We confirm part availability and price across our supplier network. The quote covers part cost, install labour and any related parts (seals, fittings) needed to complete the install properly.
3. Fit in Workshop
Part is ordered, delivered to Campbellfield and fitted at the booked workshop slot. Most small parts are fitted same-day or next-day. Larger parts (windows, skylights, hot water services) are scheduled with parts lead-time.
4. Test & Hand Back
Operational test of the new part and any system it touches. Workmanship guarantee issued in writing alongside the part manufacturer's warranty.
