What 'Motorhome Repairs' Actually Covers at Focus RV
A motorhome is two vehicles stuck together: a base truck or van underneath (Fiat Ducato, Mercedes Sprinter, Iveco Daily) and a habitation body on top. Repairs split along the same line. How a Motorhome Repair Booking Works
1. Describe the Symptom, Not the Cause
Call (03) 8383 1026 and tell us what the motorhome is doing wrong. We will work out the cause. Trying to diagnose remotely usually wastes both our time.
2. Inspection & Quote
Bring the motorhome in. We diagnose the issue, quote the repair and confirm timing. For insurance jobs, we move into the insurer-quote pathway from this point.
3. Repair at the Workshop
Work is carried out at Campbellfield. Habitation repairs commonly take 1 to 5 days depending on parts availability. We update you as the job progresses.
4. Test, Sign-Off, Hand Back
Operational test of repaired systems. Roadworthy-relevant items are signed off before hand-back. Written workmanship guarantee covers our repair work.
