Caravan and motorhome awnings work hard and fail often. Wind catches the fabric, a campsite branch tears a panel, a motor on a power awning seizes after a season of dust, or the rail mounting loosens after a long corrugated-road run. Awning work is one of the highest-volume jobs in any caravan workshop and Focus RV is no different.
We supply new awnings, install replacements, repair existing awnings and re-skin where the fabric is shot but the hardware is still serviceable. Most awning jobs are completed in the workshop the same day. Larger jobs (full annex wall fit-out, complete re-skin including arm replacement) take longer.

Wind-Out Awnings
Manual wind-out awnings on standard caravan rails. Supply, install and repair. Common brand examples: Dometic, Aussie Traveller. Typical jobs include fabric replacement, arm replacement and rail re-mounting after wind damage.

How an Awning Job Works
1. Phone With the Awning Make and Issue
Call (03) 8383 1026. For new install, tell us the caravan model and the awning size you want. For repair, tell us the awning brand (printed on the roller or arm) and the symptom.
2. Quote
Supply-and-install quotes go on the call where we have the parts in stock. For less common parts and re-skin jobs, we quote after parts pricing confirmation. Insurance jobs go into the insurer-quote pathway.
3. Install or Repair in Workshop
Awning work is carried out at Campbellfield. Most awning installs and repairs are completed same-day. Re-skins and annex builds take 2 to 3 days.
4. Test & Hand Back
Operational test (wind out, retract, lock points checked) before hand-back. Written workmanship guarantee covers the install and repair work.
