Pre-Trip Inspection

Standalone brake and bearing service: brake adjustment, magnet replacement, brake shoe replacement where needed, bearing repack or full replacement. Brake performance on a heavy caravan is the single biggest safety factor at speed.
Gas & Electrical Compliance

Pre-Purchase Inspection

How a Caravan Service Works
1. Booking
Call to book in advance. Pre-Easter and pre-winter service slots fill 2 to 4 weeks ahead, especially for customers who want a same-day turnaround. We confirm what type of service you need at booking.
2. Drop-Off & Inspection
Drop the caravan in the morning. We work through the service checklist, taking photos of any items found that weren't on the booked scope (worn shoes, perished belts, sealant cracks).
3. Service & Reporting
We complete the booked service, replace consumables, and call you with a quote on any additional items found before doing the extra work. Most additional items are quick fixes and worth doing in the same visit rather than a follow-up booking.
4. Pickup & Service Report
Same-day pickup for most services, including a written service report listing everything completed and any items recommended for monitoring. The report goes to you for your records and is useful for warranty and resale paperwork.
