Call (03) 8383 1026, email sales@focusrv.com.au or send a message through the contact form. Tell us what's happening, the make and model of your rig, and any claim or warranty numbers if relevant.

2. Assessment & Quote

We book the vehicle in for inspection. Our techs assess the scope, we liaise with your insurer or warranty provider if needed, and we send you a written quote before any work starts.

3. Approved Work

Once you approve the quote, our qualified technicians carry out the job using genuine parts and manufacturer specs where required. You'll get a call if anything new is spotted during the work.

4. Road Test & Hand-Back

We road-test every repair, clean the vehicle, and walk you through what was done before you drive it off the floor. Warranty documents, service records and receipts supplied.
